Good call to let me know. I'm think that either Kallop or McConnell can summarize your tour well enough to write it for you. I'd simply ask one of them to do it. You DO deserve a CAR, but your superiors should put you in for it. I'll follow up Maj McConnell.
I'm arriving on the afternoon of 23 Aug to prepare our 26 Aug motion hearing (continuing on 27 Aug, if necessary). We're setting up our firm base out at a condo we're renting just south of Oceanside Marina. The address is: 999 N. Pacific St., Unit G116, Oceanside, CA 92054. We'd like to have you available to come out there that week to prepare, so please see if you can get off work. I'm staying right through the trial to interview witnesses and otherwise prepare your defense.

I've been periodically putting some effort into trying to get Kilo's CARs from the Nov 17th incident pushed through and I'm at a roadblock that I can't get past without help. Check out the attachment "kilo CAR history & comments", the comment by CIV Linda Brown. Adam, the writeups you gave me summarized the several different events that happened that day and the Marines involved in each of those events, but not what each Marine did as part of that event to specifically warrant a CAR.
