New Procedure regarding Patent and Trademark Cases



PROCEDURAL ANNOUNCEMENT      RE:   Patent and Trademark Cases

Effective August 2, 2010, the Clerk's Office has instituted a new procedure regarding the filing of a patent or trademark complaint in a civil action. 

Plaintiff's counsel shall fill out and submit a form and submit it at the time of filing of the complaint.  This form and instructions regarding the procedure is located on our main page website at www.dcd.uscourts.gov under Announcements for the Court.
