After all is said and done we litigated on four victims two sets were dismissed with prejudice and one not guilty but guilty on one girl. Not happy...rolling into sentencing. I think judge alone may have worked out but too much risk given other allegations. The facts just don't add up...this one is hard to swallow. V/r Eric Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T
