Kelly,After speaking with the attorney on the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, I asked him if he could draft a letter saying that I am electing to pay for one debt after we meet with all the creditors at the creditors meeting. He said that we could. Its my attorney (s) Haytham Faraj and Neal Puckett. I owe them approximately 12000 dollars. I have Cc:d Haytham as well. I am still in Mexico City, when will the creditors meeting be?
