speak to him re payment….but the idea was work 30 days and get paid within 15
days of that period earned…we can discuss….the five days was you provide
payment information to Hashimy so he knows who to pay…see 1.2.

Given that a template will have
been set up for this first go round…I think it may make better sense if we did
something along the lines of monies accrued/begin upon solicitation release
given that it does not appear much pre-solicitation work can really be
accomplished other than informational phone calls…also for discussion.

Kazakstan, with past performance in Afghanistan, who are very interested in
