Let me make some phone calls and get back to you tomorrow about
moving the trial date up. On a personal note, I have a trial starting in
front of Judge Friedman on July 20th. I am concerned that
moving Hamama up does not leave me any prep time in between.

If
we could start the trial earlier with the jury selection and everything else
and then go with the witness when he's available. it would help our schedule
and I think Haytham has a trial in Washington that he would like to work in
also. We have a spin off on the Highwaymen trial we need to start 8/16.

RE: Hamama Trial
Carol,
thanks for the info. I think the current trial date of August 9th
will work for the witness. I will double check with him and get back to
you asap if there is a problem.
