Neal,

I just want to let you know I made contact with Chris Winfield.  We did not discuss anything regarding the case beyond me asking if they new the background of the firm they were choosing.  I was absolutely delighted to hear you were involved and I reassured Chris that you were indeed the best in the business when it comes to wartime allegations.

Many lawyers become vultures in situations like this.  They are only looking to capitalize on the publicity that cases like these generate for their firms; however, some lawyers lack a genuine understanding regarding the many dynamics that come into play when dealing with national level wartime case.

As previously mentioned, my services are free when it comes to service members in situations like this.  If I can be of assistance, either technical analysis of associated human factors or simply getting the word out in the event a fund is set up please let me know.  I will happily bring whatever required attention is needed to help resolve this situation.

I will actually be putting an article out for Police One in the coming months.  My focus is to bring attention to the many issues within our military involving deadly force encounters, the premature use of excessive allegations and the cost those incur for years after their proven innocence.

I will be titling it "Our Lost Heroes"

If you should need anything in the meantime, please do not hesitate to ask.

Respectfully,
Chris
