Re: CitiMortgage - Vanessa

Yeah but, we aren't putting any cash into this because the loan to value ratio is 57%, meaning we've got in excess of 40% equity available.  So they aren't getting any cash upfront.  Does that matter?  M

I'm really serious about suing. The stimulus had provisions that required banks to lend to qualified borrowers in return for taking the cash. Your bank is making rediculus excuses to avoid lending.

Just think what other families are going through?  And then the news reports on the economy recovery being slow -- yeah no kidding.  Because of the new LAWS going into effect that will regulate EVERYTHING in our lives, we will never qualify for loans again; even though we make enough money.  Honestly -- we are being driven back to the 19th century where you had to exchange goods to get anything done, or learn how to build your own furniture and your own log cabin.  M

H, we thought they were done with the application, but oh no.  They
contacted the CPA yesterday for verification that Neal really had the Firm
since 1997.  If Vanessa calls you; I get $2000 a pay period and it's $52,000
a year, as I showed you on the books this week.

Will work the contract in a few.  M
