Brother…as a follow-up to our discussion… I have given them provisional authority to compete for this
contract (14 May deadline) for Arrow. I still need to profile when you can get
it to me. They are dealing with Stateside contracting office. Mike Dodd…CEO
of his company would like to meet along with myself and Haytham in Dubai between
6-8 June to go over the projected contracts and discuss the relationship in
depth. He is moving us into a really good position, has engaged in beneficial relationship
building (for example spending the evening with Senior contracting officer in
Afghanistan) and I want to establish a good working relationship up front.
Please advise if this is workable…i.e. your ability to come to Dubai to meet.
I would expect and anticipate your father and/or some others may participate in
the meeting. We would publish an agenda and presentation summary prior to
arrival to ensure the most productive meeting. It may also be possible to
coordinate a meeting with Mr. Prashant G. Jatwani, the textile company
gentlemen who also has an office in Dubai. His company name is V.G. Fashions
Impex Pvt. LTD. This trip may also allow me to initiate action for the
collections issue we discussed. Please advise soonest. I have received the GLC invoices your sent and will work on that
