I wanted to let you know that the first mediation session in this case
was conducted on April 22 and that I expect to continue to work with the
parties over the next weeks for as long as I think is productive.  Judge
Kessler's order states that "the mediator or the parties will submit a
status report no later than May 1, 2010 on the progress of the
mediation."  I understand that plaintiff's counsel plans to submit
something, but if you think I also need to do anything more, please let
me know.
