Haytham, I spoke with Chief around noon today. He is gathering up everything we need for sentencing and will report to me tomorrow by 10:00 with what we need. My staff will turn it around and have it ready for us for trial. On exhibits, I am putting together all of the statements so that we can have them pre-marked or used as you prefer. Additionally, if there is any other documentary evidence you anticipate needing aside from statements, please let me know. Finally, I advised Chief that he needs to be in blues, that he needs to have a sea bag packed and ready to go and that he should be ready for anything.
