Hi Haytham,

I'm looking through the documents you sent me and I'm a little  
confused because I don't see anything attached to 3D's summary  
judgment motion that looks like a judge's order. Is that usually  
separate from the motion or is it somewhere in the documents that I'm  
not looking?
