RE: Character reference for ADC Natividad

I do know ADC Michael Natividad from my time while I was station in Japan from 2004 to 2006. I only worked directly with him as his Division Officer from February 2006 to September 2006. This was for our deployment and the months leading up to our deployment. I also worked indirectly with him from about summer 2007 to September 2007.
On a professional level I would say that he was slightly higher than average than other 1st Class Petty Officers in the command. There were a few personnel that did not get along with but I believe that was just ADC Natividad doing his job. The only thing negative that I remember about him during the time that I was his Division Officer was that he would seemed to always give me the “proper answers” or answers that he thought I wanted to hear vice the actual answers to questions. I would say that he is truthful in his intentions and I have never seen him performing in anything other than a good military character.
