Re: RE: My letter to congressman, regarding Colonel Smith

Dear Mr.Faraj,

The outcome of my case was forfeiture of $1100, reduction to E-1, and 30 days confinement, which was time served. Also I was forced to waive my admin sep board and was seperated with an OTH. I did not receive a full final physical or even a SAAC course prior to seperation. Colonel Smith tried to have me seperated in a day, and when that did not happen, she then confined me to the duty hut for 4 days until seperation, having to have an escort to hygiene or even use the head. She also verbally attacked my family personally while she spoke to me. There are a lot of details to which I did not disclose in my letter that I believe you will find very disturbing. Colonel Smith has now affected my entire life, now I am at home, still 18 years old and unable to find a decent job due to my other than honorable discharge from the Marine Corps.

Thank You again Mr.Faraj for taking the time to review my story.

Thank You,

Dear Nick:

Thank you for sharing your letter with me.  It is indeed disturbing.  I am not surprised, however.  Col Smith has established a pattern of questionable conduct. What was the outcome in your case?
