The 2010 ALPS Presentation “Practicing Law in the 21^st Century” is the latest in our series of presentations that highlight ethical dilemmas encountered by lawyers.  Topics to be discussed and solutions to be explored include telecommuting, virtual law firms, outsourcing, practicing in the cloud, theft of client property, participation in social media, withdrawing from a matter, and internet scams.  After watching each vignette, participants will break into small groups to discuss the issues followed by reconvening with the large group to have an open forum discussion.  Understanding the 21^st century challenges is the first step and this is one program you should not miss.
