Please prepare an hourly retainer agreement for Furat Phone Company
LTD. The contract is for representation in a claim against the US Army
for interfering with their cell phone service and signals. This is going
to be an hourly contract for $300 per hour. They must transfer an initial
retainer of $10,000.00. Scan and send it to Ms. Rawa. Her email is
below. Once she signs and returns the contract with the retainer.
Ask her to send me all reports evidencing signal interference from the
Army. The evidence should include frequencies that they use and evidence
of frequencies that the Army is broadcasting on. The Army has already
admitted that theyâre interfering with the signals. I need her to send me
any information related to the scope of the interference. Some of this we
will be able to get through discovery and FOIA requests. I also need all
evidence related to monetary damages suffered by her company. Please CC
Mariam on all emails.
