Here is the summary of the statements from the GLPD report that I did back in the day. Let me know what you'd like me to do in re contacting character witnesses. Also, Wofford gave me some hard cards from recruits. She said she could only get 3 even though they are supposed to keep all of them for 2 years (she asked for everyone's, probably 12-15). The notable one is that Coleman, the guy who said she asked him to friend him on face book was a lousy sailor who screwed up and was counseled for it constantly.

I requested from my assistant -Mariam- to coordinate with you for telephonic
witnesses. She will probably do that this week. I would like to establish

313-457-1390. Key to preparation is IC1 Wofford. This is very winnable but
requires preparation. The way I would like this to be put together is a to
have a summary of each witness' statement, the contact number for the
witness and any statements that witness has made in the past regarding this
case.
IC1 please keep the evening of the 22nd so we can work. Expect to work
late into the evening. I will be arriving in the area around 1700.

Fatva doesn't bother me. I checked all of them in our system this morning,
and LT Myers helped LCDR Fatva out with a Tenant issue as well. I think we
might want to challenge Douglass for cause, as she sat on the DRB that
handled AO1 Steinborn for not making a statement.

We have a problem.
I've had contact with Mr. Faraj for advice pertaining to particulars around
my upcoming divorce. We corresponded after meeting at the last admin board
I chaired, where I saw he had his client's best interests at heart. Not
knowing anything about IC1 Wooford's case, I didn't think to ask if she had
civilian counsel.
While I have no doubt I can be impartial in reaching a decision based on
what is presented to me, I wanted to lay the cards on the table so if we go
forward, no one hears it for the first time on appeal, should things not go
the Respondent's way.
