I changed the location of the arbitration to Alexandria, VA, as I think it makes more sense for two VA corporations do it in the state of incorporation of both. Same rules, just in "our" back yard instead of going into DC. Sure this provision will never be invoked, but nevertheless, Will has this penchant for "local" and we're both VA entities. N Neal A.
