Lisa and I spoke just now. The issue is as I believed and explained to you. Her loss of this rating has caused CSSS to loose its ability to submit for contracts/business. Additionally, the VA just stopped communicating with her. Lisa will make some modifications to her letter and return it to me directly. I will file a congressional with the VA in DC immediately upon receipt of the new letter.
