U.S. v. Wuterich Trial Housekeeping matters

Haytham,

It was good talking to you yesterday.  Pursuant to our conversation, it is my understanding that the government does NOT need to call a CBS foundation witness for the foundation and authenticity of what is currently marked as Appellate Exhibit 58 (the 60 Minutes "outtakes"); the Defense has NOT waived any other objection to the outtakes' admissibility (i.e. relevance) but will not object to the authenticity or foundation of the 60 Minutes "outtakes. 

Additionally, as promised during our conversation, here is a list of the witnesses that we have been unable to locate: John Casiday, Kyle Hatch, Glenn Mefford, Brian Whitt, and Mike Largen. The Government is still attempting to reach them prior to trial, but attendance should not be expected, as attempts have been unfruitful thus far.

Also, pursuant to your request, the Government has identified and will make available a trailer for your team to use as a work space as you deem necessary (please see attached email for details).   

Finally, thank you for providing the Government with confirmation that the Defense does not intend on introducing any animation at trial.
