RE: Letter from Eric

Sherry -
I have attached a document detailing what each claim was from.  Only one was related to a moving violation on my part, it was on black ice in Pennslyvania when I was going about 15-20 mph and couldn't see the ice and going around a turn and no other vehicle was involved.  All other claims were essentially property claims except when I was rear ended in August 2011 in Nebraska by a truck whose brakes had failed, I was not at fault.  Hopefully this helps to mitigate everything.  I was never told about the recommendation for community service until the letter I received today.  I am more than happy to comply with all recommendations.  As I stated in my email to you previously, I was unable to get from Katie which class I was supposed to take and she never said anything about it being in person, in fact we spoke only about the online classes.  I want to do the right thing but I need the guidance of the attorney to know what that is.  If it an in person class so be it.  Does the community service need to be done in VA?  Or is it okay for it to be in Nebraska?  I will call M&M Collision tomorrow morning to see when I can get the car in.
