After speaking with Mr. Hâapparently the issue is 3D invoices. So many have been sent they are having issues sorting it out. Mr. H has requested that a clean invoice regarding Clark be sent and another one re travel.
Zak once you receive those please get with me ASAP to confirm receipt and raise any questions. Barring any questions payment should be made forthwith. We need to close this out ASAP. In other words a payment should be released by COB tomorrow as I expect to get the invoices from 3D before COB today.

It would have been helpful had you coordinated with us for Hashimiy visit to Moscow. We could have set some meetings for him at Lukoil and Tomskiy refinery (Andre Knaub - CEO & Chairman and who you also met in Moscow)
As a recap this is where we are at;
You have a copy of LITASCO Terms and Conditions and we are awaiting your reply if they are acceptable as is or if you are recommending any modifications. If the T/C's are acceptable, Ms Olga (yes the admin processing for compliance at Lukoil Moscow) will submit all the KYC info. Please confirm if the T/C's are acceptable so we can move forward.
I have no idea who Hashimi spoke to or their knowledge of establishing 3DGS / Arrow as authorized traders. So cannot really comment. (3DGS is already established so we only await processing of Arrow KYC) Our local Moscow attorney, Fuad Mehtki (whom you met in Moscow) has been direct liaison with Mr Victor Kaluzhniy at Lukoil and his staff. Again, it would have been helpful for us to have had Hashimi meet with him.
So - awaiting your approval of T/C's and then we are ready to start trading cargoes. As I mentioned on our last conference call, proof is in the pudding. Let's get set and then begin trading.

Zak should have or is processing payment for Tracy so this should be a dead issue.
Lukoil/Russia has become a concern once again.
Mr. Hashimy was fortunate enough to travel to Moscow along with President Karzai serving as one of his business emissaries. During that trip he was able to meet with his contact at Lukoil. Short story is Moscow Lukoil doesnât know anything about 3D working a trade desk issue and moreover doesnât even recognize the kind of relationship described by you. Indeed the name you provided is apparently a clerk over there with no authority. Zak again has or should be processing the reimbursement for Dubai travel. At this point Arrow will not be reimbursing 3D for the Russian travel until/unless something tangible is provided.
