Attached is a copy of the BCNR letter. The enclosures are also listed for the documentation that I submitted. I am also sending a copy of my ART 138 rebuttal. Take a look at them and if there are any changes or additions, although its too late let me know please. They both read the same, but a bit different at the end. Oh and 1 last question, I understand that I was separated due to misconduct. But what was the serious offense if all the charges were dropped. The separating documents I received from legal when I separated, it even states that all the charges were dropped, but commission of a serious offense. There is nothing stating what my serious offense was.
Its just extremely hard explaining this situation to people. Also did the command drop the charges or did the judge drop the court martial due to lack of sufficient evidence. I appreciate your assistance... By the way, They gave me OTH RE-4... SMH
