Gentlemen, Please find attached a letter regarding the transcripts of audio recordings in the subject case. My intent is to avoid any undue delays at trial, hopefully by getting to a stipulated version of the transcripts of the audio recordings. My concern at this point is just whether the transcript is accurate and whether there is any disagreement over the accuracy of the transcript, not how much of the recordings at issue comes in.
