H, received this Saturday.  Burden's hearing notice.  Second page is required to be filled out by Tommy and returned to the Board.  Hearing will be during the month of September or later... They need the second page returned (Before 9 Aug 10) to get the hearing on the "docket".  Please forward this to your client and his Mom.  I did not send this to the client, only to you.
