| Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars just published "A National Strategic Narrative" by Mr. Y. Mr. Y is two 0-6s on the CJCS pers staff who mimic the narrative similar to Kennan's "The Sources of Soviet Conduct" in 1945 ... CNN GPS Fareed Zakaria just highlighted it. The doc is attached for you guys - who I consider big brains! I heard Fareed speak in 2005 - brilliant, and yes, good ideas should have no party affiliation. Sadly, implementation apparently is tainted with it. I'm in touch with a group of people who are working on these concepts behind the scenes. Thought you would be interested. |
