Haytham: After a second phone call from the Clerk's office, we got this done and I expect the courier with my receipt any time. I apparently didn't fill everything out the way they wanted, but the clerk at the new cases desk took mercy and edited the form form in a few minor places. However, the main thing she was calling about was your bar number. She said that you had been allowed to practice before the USDC DC because of reciprocity (I'm not sure which state, but I think it was under your MI bar number). She said that we should have either used that bar number on the pleadings or you will need to write a letter to the USDC DC explaining that you are now a member of the DC bar, and asking them to change the bar number they have your admission records under to the DC Bar number. I have drafted a proposed letter for this purpose and attached to this email, just fyi. Also, while I was working on this, the courier came back in and I scanned you in a copy of the filed complaint and the notice to magistrate judge. I know we haven't arranged to serve the complaint yet but once we do, do we need to make a decision on this? Mary Jo From: Atwood Marcelyn [mailto:marcy@puckettfaraj.com] Yeah!!!
