Dear, Haytham: I was release from the hospital with instructions to immediately schedule appointment today with my personal physician on St. Croix for Out Patient needed care. Commence out Patient recovery therapy. Visit an eye doctor immediately due to loss of some vision. Regarding the Discharge Instruction sheet, if the writing is not legible (doctors handwriting) my discharge diagnosis reads I suffered an ACUTE STROKE, MEMORY LOSS, etc. Thanks for all you do.
