George, Thanks for taking the time to speak with me today about our case. I am FEDEXing the CD with the 911 recording along with a $1000 check for an initial analysis. Attached are the allied materials which may assist you in analyzing the recording. To recap, we're focused on whether what can be heard corroborates the story of our accuser, Wendy No Moccasin. A summary of her testimony (along with that of two police officers who responded to her call for assistance), is attached. I have also attached a rough transcript, along with some opinions, by the father of my client, who is an Air Force veteran who currently is a pilot for Delta Airlines. We are interested in an accurate transcript of her words, what can be said about the apparent automobile noise heard early in the recording, as well as an opinion as to whether she is speaking from the inside or outside of a vehicle. As I mentioned on the phone, I'd like to discuss your results over the phone before ordering a written report or planning for any testimony. We would appreciate hearing back from you in two weeks, if possible. We would also be grateful if the work could be done within the $1000 budget. Thank you, Neal Neal A.
