Sir, I've attached the UCI motion pending in Capt Wacker's case. Several pertinent affidavits and the "LtCol Bond email" are also attached. The 69b appeal of SSgt Hawk is being reworked at this point because of the recent Maj Bueno affidavit (it had been near completion). There seems to be considerable similarities between SSgt Hawk's and Capt Wacker's case as well as several other reports of misconduct and abuse from various individuals. I've been told that many individuals have made IG complaints, many of which I'm not informed as to their nature. I'm aware that Capt Wacker has submitted a bar complaint to the Maryland State Bar. The affidavits I have attached though speak to Col Smith (as the SJA and later as a convening authority) as well as others under her command conducting jury and witness tampering as well as abuse of authority.
