Sorry if I was short when you called earlier, I was in the middle of something. I have attached a zipped file of all the Command Investigation of 5 Nov 10 that SSgt Lopez brought in for you to review. I just had a chance to go through the document and found statements, sworn and voluntary, included in the document. I know when I was initially sending you the discovery some of the files were too large and didn’t go through; I thought I had resolved the issue, but I am thinking you may not have received all of the files after all. I apologize, I should have confirmed receipt with you.
