RE: continuance

I am requesting until October 20. The reason I told you 18 is because LTC Davis represented to me that the regulation only provides for five days. I agreed pending my review of the regulation. Upon review of the governing regulation, I discovered no such limitation. I, therefore, requested until the 20^th because it will provide a couple of extra days which I feel will be beneficial.
