Let him know that I have reduced his retainer fee to $8000 in light of the fact that the Government will not be producing the accuser and so it should be a shortened 32. So total due is $9000 for fees and advance expenses rather than $11,000. I recommend he act quickly so I can have to put in requests for witnesses.
