Laquisha,
It is essential that I get the recording not just the transcript.  I am
fascinated by the summarized testimony in the Article 32 report.  The IO
made no commentary about it.  It's as if he were acting as an court
reporter. I'm interested in hearing it so I can determine Chaji's
credibility.  

Do you know why the command decided to go forward with the charges when the
IO did not believe that there was sufficient evidence to even reach probable
cause?
