Thank you for responding.  I emailed you to see if you would be willing to
write a letter for Sam.  His sentencing hearing is coming up next month.  I
would really like to help this man stay with his family and to show him to
be an honest and decent person.  I think your observations and opinions of
him would be very important for the judge to decide.

Once you have completed the forms we sent you for your travel claims, you
should send them to the following address:

CSM Coleman and LTC Oliver.  As you know our firm paid your lodging.  We
cannot get reimbursed for that.  Only the traveler may file that claim.  I
request that you file the claim using the receipts we have provided you and
to kindly send us a check for the amount we paid for the hotel when you
receive that money from the Marshall Service.  If you do not have the
receipts, please email me Bethany at Bethany@puckettfaraj.com and she can
provide you a copy of the receipts.
