He's not going to issue anything in writing because he doesn't have to.  As you know if there is an acquittal none of these issues will matter to the actual case.  I suspect he doesn't want to put a lot of work in for no reason.  He made it clear that he thought Smith was not telling the truth and that she was not credible.  I feel very good about our chances of winning.  I will say it's a tough case because these aren't the typical accusers.  They're all lawyers, attractive, well spoken and likable.  We have poked enough holes to show the truth.  I just hope it's not lost on the members.
