Chris, Thanks for sending what you prepared. I have attached the closing matrix. Feel free to add to it. We have so much that we can use. We need to come up with a way to give the jury what they need without overwhelming or boring them. I am open to suggestions. Doug will not be testifying and we are not going to go with the Good Character witnesses. This case is winnable on the evidence we have. Tomorrow night I want us to remain behind in the courtroom so we can rehearse the closing demonstration. I will put together a script for it.
