Fully concur with the below.
Capt Grey: Thanks for the assist and info, but I'm holding the fort on this
one as stated in my original statement and Haytham's comments below.
I'm attaching my statement (along with the enclosure) because our scanning
capability is down. However, I will arrive with signed copies for inclusion
in my package.
As of now, my flight is scheduled for departure Wed morning. However, be
advised severe weather is forecasted so hopefully I can get out.
In the event my flight is cancelled, I will be in immediate contact.

I'm not sure what weight, if any, Sullivan's recommendation carries. He is a
recovering alcoholic. When you walk around with a hammer you start to see
nails everywhere. To him every problem that includes alcohol is alcohol
related. This isn't the answer you're looking for. Being real is important.
I will not have you discuss alcohol problems if you don't feel you have one.
To the extent that you're attending AA and find it beneficial is great. If I
feel it's relevant, we'll bring it in. If it isn't then I won't. Sullivan
has no say in this.

Hounshell is also a key witness and both can shed light on command climate /
events leading to this situation. Both were unable to testify during the
NJP.

Contrition for poor judgment works better than defiance. That said, do not
express contrition for something you did not do or are not responsible for.

Both really good and fair officers. This is good for your BOI Sir.
