Happy Day, Runners! A couple of updates - ...
We will be running tonight from Kellogg Park at 7:30 PM ... Marianne, Susie and I are letting the fast boys go fast, while we will be maintaining a 9.5 minute mile or so for 4 miles. Paul and Doug will most likely hit their 8 minute mile mark (or faster) for 6 miles. Pick your pace and distance! It should be a nice, brisk run tonight!
Please let me know the issues you are having with mylt.com in signing up for run club membership. I know a few of you said it was closing down when you hit the icon, or it just hung up. I need to send these to Michelle - the GF Dept. Head. We should all be doing this ... this is where you get the automatic updates and emails like this - it will save us all a lot of time. Please refer to the email I sent two weeks ago on how to do this. If you have questions, please contact me at this email.
