I will be unavailable for a hearing beginning the evening of 13 December to 28 December. If the Government’s response is going to be filed next Friday Dec 10, is Judge Edmunds available for a hearing on Dec 13?

Hi Carol, the motion was filed last night. We intend to get our response in by next Friday, which I think is sooner than the time usually allotted to respond to motions. Perhaps then we could have a hearing sometime the following week.
Also, regarding the trial, can you tell us if the judge intends to go full days or break in the afternoon?
