I will work with you to deconflict.  You may have to travel the day before
your testimony here and leave right after you take the stand.

Mr. Hatham, I will be involved in a civil trial with the company I work
during this same period. The trial in Mississippi begins on 10 Jan 2011. My
employer said I would be needed for that civil trial here. I do not know how
long the civil trial here will last. Please let me know how to proceed with
this conflict in trial dates.

Also, will the Hamama trial be held in Michigan?
