I hope you had a good Thanksgiving holiday.  The trial is currently
scheduled for January 4 and is expected to last 2-3 weeks.  I anticipate
that will take defense witness testimony around the 14th.  I can have you in
and out in one day. How far away from downtown Detroit?

the most recent e-mail about dates and times I will attempt to protect those
dates.  However, the 17th -20th I will be attending a required school.

I am preparing to send out subpoenas in the U.S. v. Hamama case.  You will

called to testify as a character witness in the case.  Please email me an
address where I can send you the subpoena.  If you are outside the state of
Michigan it will be served by a U.S. Marshall.  The subpoena will list the
dates of January 6 - 21.  I will not need you for the entire period and
certainly don't want to waste your time.  I will have my assistant
coordinate
with you to more specifically inform you of the specific date you will be
