Please see the email below. The total amount of settlement is $12,368.32. Given the previous settlement agreement, I think this is a good compromise. As you can see, costs can add up if you choose to move forward to fight this. The payment should be sent to our office at 1800 Diagonal Road, Suite 210, Alexandria, VA 22314. Make the check payable to Puckett & Faraj PC. Once we receive the payment we will deposit it into our trust account and inform Shankman that we have the payment. At that time he will prepare a release of the claim and settlement. He will send that to me for review; all parties will sign and we will transfer the funds to their account.
Once you are ready to make the payment, please let me know. You have until Dec 30.
