I am done with Brito, Esparaza, Natividad, Parish (no action and no funds received) and Wylde. Ochoa’s Article 32 will take place next week. Rowe’s NJP already occurred and we are now entitled to move the funds to our operating account if we chose. Vega’s matter will settle through an NJP probably next week. In any case I have made several appearance at hearings and we may move the funds over anyway. Wofford: Mariam has done countless hours on Wofford tracking witnesses and I’ve talked to many of them. Her fee is also earned and may be moved to our operating account based on the number of hours I’ve expended on her case.
