[mailto:ibrahim.almarashi@gmail.com] Haytham, I have to apologize. I just got an email saying I have a
faculty meeting beginning at 230 pm CET. Is there anyway to schedule the
call on Thursday 800 pm CET? yours Ibrahim On Mon, Nov 8, 2010 at 11:28 PM, Ibrahim Al-Marashi <ibrahim.almarashi@gmail.com>

to have our office manager prepare a contract for you. You will be
compensated at the same rate. Thank you for being available. In the next couple of weeks, I am going
to ask you to prepare a report of your putative testimony which I must share
with the prosecutors. I will give you some guidance as to how you should
format it. The opinions, of course, will be all your own. Best, Haytham From:
Ibrahim Al-Marashi [mailto:ibrahim.almarashi@gmail.com] Hi
Haytham, Ok
that sounds good. I can be there by the 13 of January but have to get on
a plane back to Spain on 22 of January. If you mean 10 days including the
weekend that should be fine, if not, let's hope it doesn't take more than a
week. Fortunately a uni in the US is covering my international flight to
California, so you would just have to cover domestic flights. yours Ibrahim On

January 6 and will continue for 2 weeks. The first week to 10 days will
be the government’s presentation. I think it may be important for
you to listen to the testimony of the former Iraqi Intelligence officers
testifying against Issam. If you can’t be here in person, I will
have transcripts or summaries of their testimony emailed to you so you can read
it. I definitely need you to be here by Jan 13. Anticipate you
being here for a week to 10 days. Best, Haytham From:
Ibrahim Al-Marashi [mailto:ibrahim.almarashi@gmail.com] Hi
Haytham, can
you give me the dates of when you would like me to be there for the case. I
need to know as soon as possible to see if there is a conflict with my classes.
