	Everyone needs to be clear on roles.  LtCol Tafoya and I are not
members of the Capt Wacker's defense team - detailed or otherwise.  We have
and we will continue to engage in confidential communications regarding this
case in our role as Capt Hur's supervisors and I don't want this e-mail to
curtail those discussions, but we do not have a JAGMAN defined
attorney-client relationship with Capt Wacker.

	Please let me know if you have any questions about this because
again while we still are very willing to discuss the case in confidence, but
we want to avoid Capt Wacker requesting our presence on the record.
