Gentlemen, We finally finished our writ in the Wuterich case and I am
ready to turn to our motions in this case again. I would like to have a conference
call today at about 1500 your time if you’re both available. If
today is not feasible, then tomorrow. We are about a month away from trial. I would like to
discuss trial strategy, witnesses, theories and coordination. Also, I
want to meet one day during the next 2-3 weeks, probably on a Saturday. I
