Eric, I have cc’d Mrs. Ghida Nassif on this email. She
and her husband own an international trade company. We referred her to
the law firm you recommended to complete documents related to entity formation
and tax related advice. I think before she does that she should sit with
you to describe their objectives in lay terms so she can receive advice on what
exactly it is she seeks to accomplish. I believe our firm can handle most
of their contract transactions and provide legal counsel services. An
outside firm may be necessary to handle entity formation and registration and
to provide advice on tax liability including that which attaches when engaged
in the international trade of goods. I asked her to coordinate with you for an appointment.
