RE: US v. Brito: Defense continuance motion
He won't deny it. There is strong case law regarding Article 13 that it
can't be waived just because it's not raised. And we know that UCI can be
raised at anytime including post trial.
On a side note, Neal and I have had serious discussions about you. If you
decide that you intend to leave the Marine Corps, we'd like to be able to
make you and offer. You would not have to relocate. I don't know about
your plans but wanted you to know that we're interested.
