Pete, I had a chat with LtCol Sullivan about the language he wants
in the PTA. I have reviewed all the standard NJP PTA’s in the NJS
form books from 2001, 2003, and 2008. I have also looked through several
old NJP PTA’s from former clients. All have the dismiss with prejudice
language. Please refer me to the standard form you are using and tell me
the source. You can of course negotiate anything but I was left with the
impression that standard NJP PTA’s no longer have dismiss with prejudice
language in them. Based on my sources, that language is still contained
